Description:
Powder mix for the preparation of waffles - 'Brussels' type.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour; milkpowder; sugar; vegetable oil (partly hydrogenated); egg-white powder; baking powder: E450i and E500ii; egg-yolk powder; salt; stabilizer: E415; emulsifier: E472e; flavour.

Basic recipe:

Waffle 'Brussels' type:
Belgato Waffle Mix	1.000 g     - Mix waffle mix and water for 2 minutes at slow speed
Water	1.500 g     - Shift to medium speed and beat for 5 minutes
- Bake in iron for waffles at 180 - 190 °C

Shelf life: 9 months from production
Storage: cool and dry (10 – 25°C; max 70% RV) in original packaging.
