Wheat flour; sugar; starch (wheat); emulsifier (E475, E471, E433); baking powder (E500iii, E450i, E541); whey powder (milk); salt; flavour.
Packaging:
- 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
- 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
Shelf life: 12 months from production date
Application:
- mix for high fat sponge cake
- good whipping properties / good volume cake
- dosage: 100% mix (add water and eggs)
