Description:
Powder mix for the preparation of pancakes.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour; sugar; vegetable oil (partly hydrogenated); starch (corn); milkpowder; egg-white powder; egg-yolk powder; salt; baking powder: E450i and E500ii; stabilizer: E415; emulsifier: E471; flavour.

Basic recipe:

Pancake:
Belgato Pancake Mix	1.000 g     - Mix pancake mix and water for 2 minutes at slow speed
Water	1.600 g     - Shift to medium speed and beat for 5 minutes
- Bake in hot nonstick fryingpan

Shelf life: 9 months from production
Storage: cool and dry (10 – 25°C; max 70% RV) in original packaging.
