Ingredients:
Soybean flour; carrier (E170); flour treatment agent (E300); enzymes (wheat).

Packaging:
  - 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
  - 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner

Application:
  - for soft bread types
  - fades out flour fluctuations
  - for applications with moderate fermentation times
  - dosage: 0.3 - 0.5 % on flour weight
