  - flour oxydizingreducing agent for wheat flour
								
  - natural product, only dry yeast and wheat flour
								
  - dosage: 300 - 5000 ppm on flour weight (30 to 500 gram per 100 kg of flour)
								
  - contains 0,7 to 0,9 % of glutathione

  - natural product, only dry yeast and wheat flour
								
  - dosage: 100 - 2000 ppm on flour weight (10 to 200 gram per 100 kg of flour)
