Ingredients:
Dry yeast; wheat flour

Packaging:
  - 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
  - 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
Shelf life: 24 months from production date

Application:
  - flour oxydizingreducing agent for wheat flour
  - natural product, only dry yeast and wheat flour
  - dosage: 300 - 5000 ppm on flour weight (30 to 500 gram per 100 kg of flour)
  - contains 0,7 to 0,9 % of glutathione

Ingredients:
Dry yeast; wheat flour

Packaging:
  - 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
  - 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
Shelf life: 24 months from production date

Application:
  - reducing agent for wheat flour
  - natural product, only dry yeast and wheat flour
  - dosage: 100 - 2000 ppm on flour weight (10 to 200 gram per 100 kg of flour)
  - standardized to 2 ± 0,2 % of glutathione

  - dosage: 20 - 100 ppm on flour weight (2 to 10 gram per 100 kg of flour)
