Flour oxydizer for short fermentation times
Ingredients:
								
Wheat flour; anti caking agent (E170); flour treatment agent (E300); enzymes (wheat)
Packaging: 
								
  - 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
								
  - 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
								
  - 25 kg bag in box
								
Shelf life: 24 months from production date
Application:
								
  - flour oxydizing
								
  - especially for flour used in processes with short to moderate fermentation times
								
  - dosage: 50 - 200 ppm on flour weight (5 to 20 gram per 100 kg of flour)
Can be added before control sieve

Flour oxydizer for long fermentation times
Ingredients:
								
Wheat flour; anti caking agent (E170); flour treatment agent (E300); vegetable oil (partly hydrogenated); acidity regulator (E330); enzymes (wheat)
Packaging: 
								
  - 10 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
								
  - 25 kg multiwall paperbag with PE liner
								
  - 25 kg bag in box
								
Shelf life: 24 months from production date
Application:
								
  - flour oxydizing
								
  - especially for flour used in processes with moderate to long fermentation times
								
  - dosage: 50 - 200 ppm on flour weight (5 to 20 gram per 100 kg of flour)
Should be added after control sieve
